Janice I. Ringsbye was born March 26, 1943, in Galena, Kan., to William Earl and Hazel Fern (Morey) House, Jr.  She passed from this life on Sept. 6, 2015, after an extended illness in Post Falls, Idaho.  She was preceded in death by her parents in 1956 and 1999, respectively, and by her sister Linda Gail (House) Diamond in 2005.  She was also preceded in death by her husbands: Frank Oleson, Earl Carter, John Urdahl and Ragnar Ringsbye.
