73, of Libby

 

Gary L. Fulmer, 73, formerly of Ashland, departed this world for heaven on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016 from his home in Libby.  He was born Dec. 1, 1942, in Elkhart, Ind.

Gary was an incredibly kind hearted and patient man, and a mentor to many. He had a multitude of friends and family and cherished the time he could spend with them. He possessed a sharp wit and brought much humor into the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Fulmer; his previous wife Mary Ann and stepson Ryan.

Survivors include his beloved wife Starr; his children Kyle, Cameron (Brooke), Shelley (Jack), Shane, Ann (Rob), Pete, JD (Sandy), Brad (Eryn), Kent (Donna) and Michelle (Chase); siblings Kim (Kitty), Leah (Gary), Winnie (Bill); his special angels, Penny, Alan, Joe, Toady, Lori and John, JP and Tiara; his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many friends at St. Labre.

At Gary’s request, no services are planned at this time, a memorial will be held at a later date.  Memorials may be made to your local hospice or to Wings Regional Cancer Support Organization, P.O. His family remained in his thoughts daily. He asked we tell his family and friends “Gary has left the building.”
