BUTTE, Mont. (AP) — Authorities in Montana say they are investigating the apparent drowning of a 14-year—old boy at a hot springs resort pool.
State to test AMBER Alert system Jan. 13
In Montana, the criteria for issuing an AMBER alert is that the missing child is age 17 years or younger, or has a proven mental or physical disability. The law enforcement agency believes the child is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.
