Deciding it wanted to further restrict where marijuana retail stores can operate and how they receive approval, the Whitefish City Council recently pulled an item off its agenda regarding zoning regulations for marijuana sales and production businesses.

The Montana Special Olympics Law Enforcement Torch Run passed through Libby Tuesday morning. Officers and local olympians stopped at Les Schwab Tire for a group photo before caring the Flame of Hope accross town. The flame will be carried across the state to the Special Olympics Montana State Summer games in Billings on May14.
