Katie McCollum recently presented Alice Flesher with a Quilt of Honor on her 102nd birthday. Flesher, a World War II veteran, was the first resident of the Idaho State Veterans Home in Post Falls, where her loved ones gathered to celebrate her birthday and honor her for her service.
