The original Yaak School building is still used as the main classroom, and on the day of the sixth annual Yaak School Arts and Crafts Fair Saturday, June 30, a model out front showed the extent of the school as it was when constructed in 1932.

Yaak fundraiser raises record amount for school
In its sixth year, the Yaak School Arts and Crafts Fair brought in $2,880 on Saturday that will help to support extra costs such as the greenhouse and other activities, and visitors from as far away as Chicago stopped to take part.
