Montana Highway Patrol officer Joel Sieler works at the scene of an accident on Sunday afternoon on East Fifth Street Extension. The vehicle driven by Donovan Farnsworth hit a power pole, which snapped in half. Farnsworth was arrested on probation violation at the hospital.
