Family Birth Services, along with Tristian Rice and Tiffany Brown, are pleased to announce the birth of Dorothy Opal Rayne. Baby Dorothy was born July 14, 2025. She weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces. She was welcomed into the family by sisters Kai, Tillulah and Skylar.
