Frank Morgan Harlan

| May 2, 2025 7:00 AM

Frank Morgan Harlan, 82, of Murrieta, California, was born Aug. 3, 1942, in California and lived for several years in Libby. He passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.

The LEGEND – he was truly one of the BRIGHTEST lights in this world, the eternal optimist, the most LOYAL family man, an inspiration and true gentleman. Frank ALWAYS saw the glass as half full, who was selfless and ALWAYS looked at life like he was the luckiest man on earth and was so humble – filled with so much gratitude and JOY.

He made everyone in the room smile and feel SEEN, HEARD and important. He was never shy to bring up the tough questions and show up to everyone in his life with an open heart. So many lessons about grit, perseverance and never letting the cards you are dealt get in the way of having FUN!

Wow…a real reminder to live life pedal to the metal – NEVER LIFT!

Frank had a deep compassion for anything with a motor and loved to build, drive and admire hot rods. His time in Libby included a calendar full of hot rodding activities with friends and the Igniters Car club.

A celebration of Frank’s life will be held at his home in Murrieta, California from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 3, 19700 Camino de Paz, Murrieta, CA 92562.
