What value is Lincoln County Port Authority?
“When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary to add up the cost of malfeasance.”
Reading the stains on the county’s legal briefs sounds like 2003 all over again when the claim was, to the effect: County Commissioners were prohibited by public doctrine from helping the plan to save the 300 plywood plant jobs, putting $1 million per month into the local economy but could not be held liable for destroying those jobs, the economy, to get that cabal’s hands on the $22 million market value tax roll asset doing their duty as public officials.
Did they violate public doctrine, er go: is Lincoln County Port Authority even a legal entity?
Is Port Authority worth the $1 million per month loss of those wages for 270 months and counting rolled over five times in damage to our economy??
1x5=5x$1 million=$5 millionx270 months=$1,350,000,000 and counting.
Can Lincoln County afford Port Authority’s learning curve “Buy Preparation H stock” policy?
Why is the county afraid to have their bosses know their business dealings for us?
As for me, I hereby secede from Lincoln County and declare an Independent 57th County of Rockyshire!” since commissioners know nothing about why our road is abandoned and they, with their U.S. Forest Service PACT, now appear bound by USFS policy of “It’s illegal, but we don’t care.”
God gave us land, public land, with the government to blame for invaders who disappear under their fraudulent land survey.
