Libby man pleads not guilty in son's shooting death

A Libby man arrested and charged in the negligent shooting death of his 3-year-old son pleaded not guilty Monday in Lincoln County District Court.
Timothy Frederick Allen Moore, 24, is charged with one felony count of negligent homicide, one felony count of possession of dangerous drugs and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
When District Judge Matt Cuffe asked the defendant if he understood everything that was happening, Moore repeatedly said “yes” in a clear, deep voice.
