RESOLUTION FOR DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS PROPERTY WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 20-6-604 of the School Laws of Montana, the Trustees of Libby School District No. 4 may sell or otherwise dispose of personal school property which has become obsolete, undesirable, or unsuitable for school purposes; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That Libby School District No. 4 declares the following list of personal property as surplus property to be disposed of; Miscellaneous Books, Furniture, Equipment, & E-Waste BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said property may be sold by Libby School District No. 4 on an “as-is” basis, without warranty. This Resolution shall become effective fourteen (14) days after publication and posting as required by Section 20-20-204 of the School Laws of Montana. Any taxpayer may appeal this Resolution prior to June 27, 2025, by filing a verified petition with the Clerk of the District Court and serving a copy of such petition upon the School District. The petition shall set out in detail the objections of the petitioner to the adoption of the Resolution or the disposal of the property. NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR Montana All-Alcoholic Beverages License Notice is given that on June 20, 2025, TACKETT, BRIAN (Brian Tackett 100%, Owner(s)) filed an application for a Montana All-Alcoholic Beverages License with the Montana Department of Revenue to be used within the Troy quota area. Residents of Lincoln County and the surrounding counties may protest against the approval of the application. Each protestor is required to mail a letter that contains in legible print the protestor’s full name, mailing address, and street address. Each letter must be signed by the protestor. A protest petition bearing the names and signatures of persons opposing the approval of an application may not be considered as a protest. Protests may be mailed to Department of Revenue, Office of Dispute Resolution, P.O. Box 5805, Helena, Montana 59604-5805, on or before July 07, 2025.
