Libby seeks involvement in Mineral Avenue improvement plan

Libby City Councilors covered quite a bit of ground at its July 7 meeting, including plans for improvement work on Mineral Avenue and approval for upcoming community events.
City officials are looking at ways to improve Mineral Avenue from the BNSF Train Depot to Seventh Street at Lincoln Boulevard.
The city is working with the Montana Department of Commerce and WGM Group to explore ways to enhance the avenue in support of Libby’s businesses, community goals and long-term vision.
