Libby Senior Center Menu for February 2025

Here is the menu for January at the Libby Senior Center.

Staff is asking those that want to reserve a meal call the center 24 hours in advance. The number is 293-7222.

Meals are available in house, home delivery or grab and go.

Meals are ready from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday and Friday or 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Tuesday, Feb. 4: pork roast, mashed potatoes made with sour cream, pork gravy, dinner roll, green beans, apple sauce, peanut butter chocolate brownie, milk

Wednesday, Feb. 5: turkey & Swiss cheese w/mayo, lettuce, pickles & tomato on wheat sandwich bread, chicken with wild rice soup, crackers, mandarin oranges, chocolate chip cookie, milk

Friday, Feb. 7: spaghetti – ground beef in homemade tomato based sauce, pasta, garlic bread (margarine), corn, fruit cocktail, salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber & carrot, lemon bar, milk

Tuesday, Feb. 11: “country-fried” oven cooked breaded chicken breast fillet, biscuit, mashed potatoes made with sour cream & country white gravy, peas & carrots, pears, swirl cake with cream cheese icing, ice cream, milk.

Wednesday, Feb. 12: grilled cheese with bacon on wheat sandwich bread (margarine), tomato soup, crackers, fruit cocktail, peanut butter cookie, milk

Friday, Feb. 14: ham with pineapple ring, au gratin potatoes, cream style corn, half wheat roll, peaches, salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, banana pie, milk

Tuesday, Feb. 18: cubed steak with gravy, mashed potatoes made w/sour cream and gravy, sourdough roll, carrots, salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber & carrot, chocolate chip cupcake with cream cheese icing, milk

Wednesday, Feb. 19: cheeseburger with bun, tomato, onion & lettuce, dill pickle chips, minestrone soup, crackers, apricots, sugar cookie, milk.

Friday, Feb. 21: goulash – ground beef in tomato based sauce with noodles, corn, peaches, garlic bread (margarine), salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, cherry pie, milk

Tuesday, Feb. 25: sweet & sour chicken breast, rice, corn, Jell-O salad – gelatin with pineapple, cherry, grape, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, milk.

Wednesday, Feb. 26: biscuits & country gravy with bulk pork sausage, pork sausage links, scrambled eggs, peaches, sugar cookie, milk

Friday, Feb. 28: beef stew with potatoes, carrots, green beans, celery peas & onions, pears, salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber & carrot, cornbread, chocolate chip cookie, milk
