Lincoln County's CASA grateful for Flathead Electric's Roundup for Safety
Dear Editor,
On behalf of CASA of Lincoln County, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the members of Flathead Electric Cooperative for their generous participation in the Roundup for Safety program.
By rounding up their monthly bills, these dedicated members have made a significant impact on our ability to keep children safe in our community.
Thanks to the Roundup for Safety grant awarded to CASA of Lincoln County, we have been able to fund fingerprint-based background checks for our volunteers ensuring all those who work with the children we serve are thoroughly vetted and trustworthy.
This crucial step helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and security, giving both the children and their families peace of mind as they navigate difficult circumstances.
The grant will not only help strengthen our volunteer base, but it will also have a lasting positive effect on the entire community.
By ensuring every volunteer is fully qualified, we can continue to offer vital advocacy and support for children in foster care, empowering them with the resources they need to thrive.
We are deeply grateful for the ongoing support of Flathead Electric Cooperative and its members, whose contributions help create a safer, stronger community for everyone.
Warm regards,
Keeli Anderson, Executive Director
