Lovers of blues music were treated to a weekend full of soulful and stirring performances at the 16th Annual Riverfront Blues Festival last weekend in Libby.
Brody Buster’s One Man Band, Kenny James Miller Band, Tyron Benoit Band and Randy McAllister were on Friday's bill. Saturday, Brody Buster got things started and he was followed by Mudslide Charley, Dirty Red & the Soul Shakers, Libby's Jay Snow and the Tone Keepers and the Ghost Town Blues.
The night was capped by the All-Star Jam, hosted by Jay Snow & the Tone Keepers.
Buster shared his feelings in a Facebook post.
"Huge thank you to Riverfront Blues Festival Libby, Montana. The people that put on the festival are great, they treat the musicians great. The scenery is amazing and the people are even better. Musicians if you get invited to play at this amazing festival do it! Again Libby Blues, thank you also it was great to have Randy McAllister play some harp with me on a tune."
