New doctor joins staff at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center

Cabinet Peaks Family Medicine Clinic is thrilled to welcome Dr. Terrence O'Malia, a passionate and experienced physician, to our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
With a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient care, Dr. O'Malia brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique, hands-on approach to patient wellness.
Dr. O'Malia discovered his calling to medicine during a medical mission trip to Honduras in 2000. Witnessing the transformative power of healthcare inspired a lifelong dedication to serving others through medicine.
This experience laid the foundation for his patient-first philosophy and deep-rooted passion for providing accessible, compassionate care. His extensive background practicing in some of the most remote locations, has equipped him with broad clinical experience and adaptability across many specialties. He brings a well-rounded, holistic approach to healthcare that is both realistic and deeply personal.
Specializing in Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. O'Malia is excited to join the team, where he will practice in the clinic and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the hospital's clinical care offerings. His approach emphasizes healing through non-surgical and non-pharmaceutical methods, helping patients restore balance and function with personalized treatment plans.

Outside of medicine, Dr. O'Malia is an avid writer currently working on his second book, The Wolf Hunter Book II. He enjoys woodworking, home improvement projects and regularly participates in global medical mission trips, including annual clinics in Zambia. He also remains active in his local church and values opportunities to serve both locally and abroad.
