The Oath

The President and all elected and appointed Federal and civil service employees are bound by Oath or Affirmation to support, preserve, protect, and defend the United States Constitution.

The United States Constitution and all of the amendments are the foundational law of our nation. Every single other law, legal process, and actions by which all governmental functions are run, and all that we do in our daily lives is provided for as our right and measured against Constitutional law.

The United States Constitution and all it stands for is the Gold Standard for a free democracy.

The U.S. Constitution is the entire basis for the freedoms, liberties, and privileges we enjoy and Our entire way of life that we all cherish as the American Experience….at least for 99.5% of us anyway because it seems clear that the wealthiest and most powerful 0.5%, whose only apparent belief system centers around wealth, power, and control of everyone else, think otherwise.

Just to be clear, anyone who willfully engages in any activity or that does not follow the letter of the law is ultimately engaged in action against our U.S. Constitution.

Can we afford exceptions, rationalization and “work arounds” of our Constitutionally based governing processes and procedures?

We the People must not forget that our Constitutionally based “bureaucratic” legalities and administrative processes and procedures are ultimately there for one reason: for OUR PROTECTION from abuses of power, tyranny, and tyrants.

At the very core of this Constititional protection are our three independent branches of government power to maintain checks and balances against the abuse of power by any one branch; Legislative creates our laws, Judicial applies the law and tests new laws and action against the Constitution, Executive is there to enforce the laws (NOT to create and NOT to judge but to identify ALLEGEGATIONS of illegality, identify ALLEGED perpetrators, and bring them to a COURT OF JUSTICE before the Judiciary).

Only with our U.S. Constitution rigorously observed and entirely intact are our rights and freedoms protected against the abuse of power….not 50% or 75% or 99% intact, but 100%.

Example: The President (Executive branch) is not allowed to willfully and purposely ignore and refuse to acknowledge and comply with a court ruling from a Judge (Judicial branch). Such a refusal is a direct act of defiance against OUR U.S. Constitution and in fact a direct violation of the U.S. Constitution and thus a violation of the Oath of Office.

The President (Executive branch) may disagree with a Court ruling or order, and if so it is perfectly legal and appropriate to present a legal argument before a Judge in a Court of law…AFTER doing as the Judicial branch has previously ruled.

We the People are being goaded, tricked, and manipulated with poisonous language to overlook anti-Constitutional actions taken by this administration. The actions taken, the justifications given, and the extreme rhetoric of members of this administration insert anti-Constitutional ideas of “alternative” forms of governing into our national dialog.

This “dialog” has already been occurring every time one of our elected or appointed officials FAVORABLY engages in any form of support activity relating to anti-free democracy ideologies like, the AfD Party of Germany (NeoNazi Fascists supported by Vance and Musk), Viktor Orban of Hungary (fascist dictator supported by Vance and Musk), Putin in Russia (dictator and oligarch supported by Trump, Vance, Musk), and Nayib Okele in El Salvador (fascist dictator supported by Trump, Vance, and Musk).

The “dialog” occurs every time President Trump or a member of his administration “rationalizes” their illegal anti-Constitutional actions with fascist style rhetoric, with allegations of “enemy” somewhere, with the need to “just do it” and not be “restrained by bureaucracy” (code for ignoring the Constitution), and a host of other catchphrases that are apparently support the sentiment of “action without Constitutional oversight”.

This dialog is also blatantly obvious with Elon Musk who has been OPENLY JOYOUS in his frenzied slash and burn of OUR programs.

This second most powerful person in our government, Elon Musk, consistently demonstrates his ideology and anti-Constitutional vigor by obliterating Federal agencies and programs serving the will of We the People not through Congressional discussion or analysis (rational processes) but through ideologically biased slashing and trashing; if he talks like a fascist, acts like a fascist, favorable comments about fascists, then.......

There has not been a single minute of Congressional consideration for changes (the LAW) or ONE SINGLE OBJECTIVE FACT presented to We the People or Congress proving ANY allegation of corruption or incompetence in ANY Federal government agency; no analysis, not a single report, not a single iota of factual data, NOTHING.

This is unprecedented in our nation’s history and has not one thing to do with 1) creatively, productively, and Constitutionally significantly improving government efficiency or, 2) creatively, productively, and Constitutionally significantly improving our immigration processes or, 3) creatively, productively, and Constitutionally significantly improving our economic system, or 4) creatively, productively, and Constitutionally significantly improving world stability and peace, etc.,etc.

This administration has done more damage to the American Experience and our free democracy across all measures of our social and political landscape in just two months than all the very worst past administrations in our 250 years as a free democracy; the Trump administration has taken actions that have brought us to the utter brink of national and Constitutional crisis backed by America’s billionaire elite with Elon Musk as second in command.

The United States Constitution, our free democracy, and therefore ALL OF US are under threat of tyranny.

There is only one measure of loyalty and patriotism to the United States of America as an American citizen and that is to the United States Constitution because that is the foundation that supports our American Experience as a free democracy.

We the People must each and everyone contact by phone, letter, and email our elected officials, State and Federal, and DEMAND that this anti-Constitutional course we are on led by the current administration be ceased immediately.
