Jerry Lee Redifer

Jerry Lee Redifer, born Dec. 14, 1953, to Ken and Muriel Jean (Smiley) Redifer, passed away Jan. 27, 2025, at his home in Libby, Montana.

Jerry lived most of his life in Oregon and Montana and was in Alaska for a time. He worked as a heavy equipment operator in the logging industry. He spent many years working for Conifer/Douglas as a yarder operator in Roseburg, Oregon. He worked for many gypo loggers in Libby and at logging camps in Alaska.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father Kenneth Redifer, a son Reed Redifer, granddaughter Tiffany McMillan, brother Ricky Thompson and sister Candace Wilkes. 

He is survived by his mother, Muriel (Jeanie) Wilkes, his children, Ken Redifer, Tammy Redifer, and Alicia (Tom) Gordon, grandchildren Sophia, Samantha, Dominic, Gabbi, Kodi and Gunner, great-grandchildren Zaiden, Archer, Evalyn, his brother Dennis Redifer, brother John (Kelly) Redifer, sister Deborah (Dale) Orwick, sister Carolyn (Mick) Jones, adopted and step siblings, Greg Knutson, Becky Knutson, Glen Knutson, Jennifer Carlsen, Tony Wilkes, Amy Williams, David Wilkes and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
