Stewart C. Onstott

| September 6, 2024 7:00 AM

I come with profound heartache as I share that my lionhearted and beloved father Stewart C. Onstott has passed on from this mortal plain of existence comfy in his own bed in Troy, Montana on Saturday, Aug. 10 at 5 a.m. sharp.

He passed due to renal failure which he had been fighting a few years with major help from his little sister Celeste White.

His legacy lives on through his two kids. Daughter Amanda J. Onstott is 34 years old and has two daughters. His son Jonathan C. Onstott is 35 years old with two daughters as well.

We will all miss him till the end of our days. My father was not only a free spirit, but loved to laugh as well as make others laugh. He was always true to his word and had Iron Clad morals and values.

He was a great father as well. My father made me the man I am today. In fact, he and I are very much the same. I have all the best parts of him in myself. I am and always will be honored to have had him as my father.

Not even God could have chosen a better person to be my father. He will be missed immensely forevermore not only by us his family, but by the many friends he had gained throughout the years just by shining on his true self wholeheartedly and unabashedly.

His name will be honored through the generations.

We all love you Dad. It’s my true belief that of all the people in this life we are losing someone very special.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Baptist Church in Troy.

A potluck will follow at the home of Rick and Celeste White, 122 E. Kalispell Ave., Troy.
