Oct. 11

Two officers investigated an overdose in the 1100 block of West Balsam St., Libby. A Libby Volunteer Ambulance also responded to the scene.

A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle at a local school in the 1000 block of Montana Avenue, Libby.

A deputy received a civil dispute complaint in the 400 block of Kern Road, Troy.

Oct. 12

Three officers investigated a burglary report in the 400 block of Riding High Drive, Eureka.

A deputy took a call for an assault at a campground on Highway 37, mile marker 25, Libby.

A child playing with a phone resulted in a number of 911 hangups in Eureka.

Four deputies responded to the 1300 block of Minnesota Ave., Libby, for a report of juveniles drinking alcohol. One was cited for being a minor in possession.

Someone called to report the theft of a snow blower from a storage unit in the 1400 block of E. Missoula Ave., Troy.

Multiple officers responded to a threat report in the area of E. Yaak Ave., and N. First St., Troy.

Oct. 13

A deputy handled a call about cattle being released at the fairgrounds.

Someone called in a barking dog complaint in the 3800 block of Kilbrennan Road, Troy.

Two deputies assisted in a call about a disorderly man in the 100 block of Dewey Avenue, Eureka.

A wanted person was picked up in the 400 block of Park Street, Libby, by two officers.

Three officers responded to the 900 block of Mineral Ave., Libby, for a fight report.

An officer responded to Roosevelt Park, Troy, for a call about shots fired.

Oct. 14

Two officers investigated a report of a pair of kindergarten boys who walked away from school. They were found, but had stolen multiple items from a downtown store.

A woman reported someone keyed her car in the 100 block of Rock Lake Road, Rexford.

A deputy conducted a Stonegarden patrol in the Northwest Yaak region.

A partner/family member assault occurred in the 100 block of Stacy Drive, Eureka.

Two officers handled an animal complaint in the 8600 block of Farm to Market Road, Libby.

A deputy investigated an animal complaint on Granny’s Garden Road, Libby.

A report was taken of a mental subject in the 400 block of Koocanusa Trail, Fortine.

Four officers responded to the 4100 block of Highway 37, Libby, about a couple having an argument.

Oct. 15

Two officers responded to the 25200 block of Bull Lake Road due to a man who reported hearing voices threatening him.

An officer responded to the 2400 block of Kootenai River Road, Libby, for a citizen dispute.

Two deputies went to Frazey Loop, Libby, for a report of a suspicious person.

Four officers investigated a call in the 900 block of Mineral Ave., Libby, about the possible possession of drugs.

Oct. 16

Three officers responded to the 200 block of Health Park Drive, Libby, for a disorderly conduct call.

Several first responders responded to the intersection of Fourth of July Creek Road and Yaak River Road for a traffic crash involving injuries.

A deputy handled a call about a mental subject in the 600 block of Rainbow Lake Loop Road, Libby.

Oct. 17

Someone called in a forest fire report in the area of Pinkham Road and Highway 37. Fire crews and a deputy found multiple burn piles.

A deputy assisted Child Protective Services with a home check in the 300 block of Harmony Lane, Fortine. It turned into an initial sexual assault investigation.

Two officers responded to a report of a car-deer collision at the intersection of Purdy Drive and Sinclair Creek Road, Eureka. The deer was dispatched.

An officer looked into a vagrancy call in the 100 block of City Service Road, Libby.

A theft was reported in the 900 block of Mineral Ave., Libby.
