Kenneth Sheldon French

Kenneth Sheldon French was born on July 19, 1936, in Libby, Montana to Franklen and Pauline French. 

He joined his parents, Judy Orr and dogs in Heaven on Nov. 18, 2024.

Ken loved fishing, hunting and his dogs. 

He attended Troy Schools and finishing school and then he joined the U.S. Army, where he served for three years from 1954 to 1957. After the Army, he married and had his only child, Dana. 

He worked at many jobs including stock boy, bartender, inspecting housing track. Ken’s best job was working as a crane operator.

Ken is survived by his daughter Dana (Don) Wallace; two grandchildren, Jamie Wallace and Matthew Wallace; three great-grandchildren, Lexi, Ben and Bradley McCann; three great-great-grandchildren Jayden, Willow and Wes; three nephews, Greg, Mike and Dell Hughart; three step-grandchildren Kane, Carly, and Shera, and 15 step great grandchildren.

Services for Ken will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, 2024, at the Milnor Lake Cemetery. The family welcomes anyone who would like to, to join them at the Troy shooting range to send him off.
