The law roundup is compiled from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office incident log from Oct. 25 to Oct. 30. It is not meant to serve as an exhaustive account.

Oct. 25

Dogs running at large were reported in the 100 block of Baker Lake Drive, Rexford.

Someone was threatened in the 18500 block of Bull Lake Road, Troy.

A deputy assisted Child Protective Services and probation at a residence in the 300 block of Harmony Lane, Fortine.

A deputy responded to a fraud report in the 200 block of Mountain View Road, Rexford.

Three officers responded to the 100 block of West Missoula Ave., Troy for a fight.

A woman went to the Libby Police Department to report a theft from her vehicle while it was parked in the 200 block of Health Park Drive.

Several officers responded to a report of trucks speeding through town.

Oct. 26

Two deputies went to a location on Bellevue Drive, Libby,  after a caller said her adult son is ranting and making threats to her.

A deputy answered a call about an assault at 31700 block of South Fork Road, Troy.

A deputy responded to the 100 block of Frazey Loop, Libby, for a criminal mischief report.

A deputy went to the 200 block of Sand Hill Road, Rexford, after someone reported hunters on private land. No one was found.

Andrea Daugs was arrested on felony warrants in the 100 block of Timber Lane, Libby.

Oct. 27

The county Sheriff’s Office Crisis Response Team responded to the 6600 block of Pipe Creek Road, Libby, for a mental subject.

Multiple first responders, including Montana Highway Patrol, county officers, Eureka Police Department and Eureka Volunteer Ambulance Service were on the scene of a shooting in the 500 block of Osloski Road, Eureka, where injuries occurred.

A deputy worked on a call about a man who was evicted from a property and returned to it in the 100 block of Vicks Drive, Libby.

A 911 hangup from Osloski Road, Eureka turned out to be children playing with a cell phone.

A man with a misdemeanor warrant for his arrest was picked up by deputy in the 1700 block of Snowshoe Road, Libby.

A caller said a juvenile was intoxicated, but a deputy determined it was not true.

An assault was reported in the 100 block of Peters Lane, Trego.

A woman went to the county sheriff’s to report a lost or stolen on Vicks Lane, Libby.

Someone called and made a report on distressed horses on Alder Lane, Trego. A deputy determined the animals had water and hay and were not in distress.

A caller said a knife was stolen from a location in the 13800 block of U.S. Highway 2, Troy.

Someone reported a theft in the 100 block of E. Missoula Ave., Troy.

Oct. 28

Several first responders, including Montana Highway Patrol, county officers, Libby Volunteer Ambulance, Libby Volunteer Fire Department, were at the scene of a traffic accident involving injuries on Pipe Creek Road.

A deputy responded to the Eureka Middle School for a report of students involved in an assault.

Oct. 29

A runaway juvenile was reported in the 700 block of Louisiana Ave., Libby.
