Commissioner Letcher says leniency never discussed in Miller case

Let's get something straight: 14 months ago, I contacted the Attorney General's office and spoke to him about how this incident is a perfect example of how the drugs, most of which are pouring across our borders, are ruining people's lives and families in our communities. 

Leniency was NEVER discussed. I find it shameful that one of my opponents would exploit Trooper Lewis' tragedy to advance their political gain.
