Mark “Harry” Bitterman

Mark “Harry” Bitterman, 61, passed away March 6, 2024, peacefully in his home surrounded by family. 

Mark was born July 28, 1962, in Libby, Montana. A son of the late Claire and Mary Frances Bitterman.

While in the U.S. Coast Guard he met and married Beth of Cape Charles, Virginia and had two daughters Ashley and Kelsea. 

Mark followed his love for cars and worked as a diesel mechanic. If he wasn’t fixing something you would find him enjoying the outdoors. Whether it was riding his Harley, camping or spending time on the water.

He is survived by his daughters Ashley Bitterman and Danny Grimsley of Myrtle Beach, Kelsea Bitterman and Rodney Sellers of Murrells Inlet. His four grandchildren Emma Rose, Jameson, Jaxson and Jace. Mark is also survived by his loving sister Diane Moles of Lolo, Montana, Walt and Tracy Mason of Casa Grande, Arizona. He had numerous nieces and nephews and his favorite four-legged friend and co-pilot Harley Girl.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
