NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FIRST MONTANA BANK, INC., of 600 East Missoula Avenue, P.O. Box 370, Troy, Montana 59935, as the Beneficiary, and Martin S. DEFAULT FOR WHICH THE FORECLOSURE IS MADE: The Grantor has defaulted on the terms of said Trust Indenture and the corresponding Promissory Home Equity Line of Credit because Note the payments required thereunder have not been paid when due,  real property taxes against the real property have not been paid when due, and the Grantor under the Trust Indenture and Borrower under the Home Equity Line of Credit has died. AMOUNTS OWED ON THE OBLIGATIONS SECURED BY THE TRUST INDENTURE as of December 4, 2023: Principal $27,982.39 Interest continues to accrue.
