Here is the menu for January at the Libby Senior Center.
Staff is asking those that want to reserve a meal call the center 24 hours in advance. The number is 293-7222.
Meals are available in house, home delivery or grab and go.
Meals are ready from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday and Friday or 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Friday, January 3: lasagna – ground beef in homemade tomato based sauce, cottage cheese, egg, lasagna noodles, garlic bread (margarine), peas, fruit cocktail, salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber & carrot, chocolate chip cupcake, milk
Tuesday, January 7: pork roast, mashed potatoes made with sour cream, pork gravy, dinner roll, green beans, apple sauce, lemon bar, milk
Wednesday, January 8: beef hot dog w/bun, chili with beans, onions, pears, peanut butter cookie, milk.
Friday, January10: Swiss steak – beef cubed steak with onion, green pepper and tomato sauce, rice pilaf, dinner roll, apricots, cream style corn, bean salad – green beans. Wax beans, kidney beans, onions, garbanzo beans, peanut butter chocolate brownie, milk
Tuesday, January 14: “country-fried” oven cooked breaded chicken breast fillet, biscuit, mashed potatoes made with sour cream & country white gravy, green beans, pears, chocolate cake with cream cheese icing, ice cream, milk.
Wednesday January 15: turkey & Swiss cheese w/mayo, lettuce, pickles & tomato on wheat sandwich bread, minestrone soup, peaches, molasses cookie, milk
Friday, January 17: breaded fish patty, macaroni & cheese, corn & carrots, cornbread, apricots, salad – lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, cinnamon roll, milk
Tuesday, January 21: beef stew with potatoes, carrots, green beans, celery, peas and onions, salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, cornbread, chocolate chip cookie, milk
Wednesday, January 22: ham & cheese w/mayo, lettuce & tomato on wheat sandwich bread, cheesy broccoli soup, fruit cocktail, sugar cookie, milk.

Tuesday, January 28: taco bake with ground beef, corn, diced tomatoes, chilis and cheese on tortillas, fruit cocktail, cornbread, salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot, chocolate pudding, milk.
