The building will be located prior to the flow splitter box for Cell #1 and Cell #2. 2. Biosolids removal and disposal from Cell #1. Approximately 59 dry tons of biosolids will be removed and hauled to the Lincoln County Landfill in Libby, MT for disposal. 3. Upgrades to the existing aeration piping include painting approximately 640 lineal feet of steel aeration piping. This project will also include reinstallation of an aeration lateral in Cell #1. 4. Installation of SCADA panels at existing lift stations. For this project, bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.
