Ballot box for Troy area voters will remain in former dispatch center
The ballot box for Troy absentee voters will be maintained in the former office of the now defunct dispatch center.
Lincoln County Commissioners voted to disband the dispatch center at a meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 18.
At the commissioners meeting earlier that day, Election Administrator Melanie Howell initially said the ballot box would be moved to the city office.
