PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Lincoln County Commissioners hereby announce a public hearing to gather input from Lincoln County residents regarding the proposed dissolution of the Troy Area Dispatch District and the permanent transfer of dispatch services to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. The Lincoln County Board of Commissioners received approved Resolution 2023-09-22 from Troy Area Dispatch District Board requesting the dissolution of Troy Area Dispatch District, permanently transferring dispatch services to Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. On October 4th, 2023 Lincoln County Commissioners approved Resolution 2023-33, A Resolution Of Intent To Dissolve The Troy Area Dispatch District And Permanently Transfer Troy Area Dispatch Service To Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office. The boundaries of the district consist of Troy High School District No. 1; On October 18th, 2023 Lincoln County Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 pm. PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Libby is accepting sealed bids on several vehicles and pieces of equipment. Anyone interested can pick up a complete list at City Hall or request a list by emailing deputy.clerk@cityoflibby.com.
