Marion man accused of using stolen credit card
A Northwest Montana man is facing charges he fraudulently used a Lincoln County man’s credit card to make nearly $10,000 in unauthorized purchases.
Logan Jay Michael Deuel, 33, of Marion, is charged with one felony count of theft and one felony count of deceptive practices.
Deuel was arraigned on the charges Monday in District Court where he pleaded not guilty.
