Sophomore teammate Bergen Fortner finished fifth in the long jump with a leap of 15 feet, 8 inches.

In the 100-meter hurdles, senior Aurora Smith’s time of 18.13 seconds was good for eighth place.

Mauro Vazquz-Otero was eighth in the 100-meter dash while Kasen Day was 10th. Vazquez-Otero ran a 11.77 while Day finished in 11.92 seconds.

In the 4x100-meter relay, the Logger quartet of Vazquez-Otero, Cy Stevenson, Day and Tristan Andersen claimed seventh place in 47.52 seconds.

In the 4x400-meter relay, Joel Goodman, Rowen Sherbo, Greysen Thompson and Gabe Hollingsworth teamed up to place ninth in 3:59.33.

In the discus, the Loggers had two top 10 finishers.

Junior David Beck’s best throw of 113 feet, 5 inches was seventh. Fellow junior Trent Riddel’s toss of 108 feet, 6 inches was 10th. In the javelin, Riddel was sixth with a throw of 131 feet, 2 inches.

Andersen (122-7, 12th) and Gaige Bache (122-4, 14th) were just outside the top 10.

Andersen did claim his second top 10 of the day with a fifth place in the high jump at 5 feet, 10 inches.
