Roneta (Ronnie) Bruno

Roneta (Ronnie) Bruno passed away on March 31, 2023, in Willow, California, from pneumonia and congestive heart failure.

Ronnie moved to Libby, Montana with her then husband Duaine Schultz in 1997.

In 1968 she married Duaine K. Schultz and a year later they had their first child, a son, Mark D. Schultz. In 1972 she had her second and last child, a daughter, Monica J. Schultz.

A few years later the new family moved to Northern California residing lastly in Chico until the move to Libby in 1997.

Ronnie worked for almost 10 years at the local Pamida store in Libby before retiring at 72. She loved to bake and cook for her family, was a huge animal lover feeding the resident roaming neighborhood cats.

Falling ill in 2022 she moved in with her son, Mark and daughter-in-law Alicia, down in Arbuckle, California until she developed pneumonia and was never able to recover and succumbed to her illness this past March.

Ronnie was a kind and quiet lady who kept to herself. She loved to laugh and be with her kids and enjoyed spending time with her grown grandchildren.

Ronnie was preceded in death by her father, Peter Bruno, her mother, Katherine Bruno. She is survived by her children Mark Schultz residing in Arbuckle, California, Monica Schultz residing in Libby, Montana, her daughter in-law Alicia and her grandchildren Anna, who lives in Texas and Jett who live in Arbuckle, California.

Ronnie was not a religious person but was a born again Christian who will be greatly missed.
