Marvin H. Kyes Sr.

Marvin H. Kyes Sr. passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on Jan. 28, 2023.

He was born Oct. 2, 1932 to Marvin H. Kyes Sr. and Margaret Kyes. 

He is preceded in death by both parents, brother John W. Kyes, son-in-law Ron Gorman and grandson Robin Kyes.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Lois Kyes, sons John (Diane) Kyes and Frank (Penny) Kyes, daughters, Deana Kyes Edwards and Diane (Jim) Schnetter. He has seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will take place at Frank and Penny's home at 765 Shalom Drive in Libby at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6. 

If adverse weather exists, the celebration will be moved to the Libby Volunteer Ambulance barn.
