Troy Fourth of July photos

For more than a century, Lincoln County folks have made their way to Troy for its annual celebration of our nation's independence.

Tuesday, July 4, 2023, was no exception.

The usual parade, car show, breakfast and other festivities were accompanied by a new splash pad and sun shade for the kids while they played on the sliding boards.

Visitors also got to see a new chainsaw carving greeting them at the Troy Museum and Visitor Center. Carving legend Ron Adamson's latest creation features a miner and a logger, an ode to the region's rich history.
