Hoses collects first win in Guns and Hoses annual softball game

| August 15, 2023 7:00 AM

For five years, the Hoses team of Libby Volunteer Fire Department firefighters had to live with the fact that the law officers of Lincoln County had won the first five games of the annual affair.

But on Thursday, Aug. 10, the Hoses had their way, claiming a 15-5 win at Lee Gehring Field.

The true winners were the Lincoln County Unite for Youth Coalition and the kids they support through many different groups in the county.
