CORRECTED PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Lincoln County Commissioners will hold a public hearing for the purpose of obtaining comments from residents of Lincoln County regarding a proposed special election for the purpose of adopting or rejecting a 3% local-option marijuana excise tax in Lincoln County.  If adopted, the tax will become effective January 1, 2024. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chamber of the North Lincoln County Annex, 66121 MT Hwy 37, Eureka, MT.
