CALL FOR BIDS The City of Troy, Montana will receive sealed bids up to and including 5:00 pm on Monday April 17, 2023, for the sale of the following property, more particularly described as follows: John Deere Mower Serial Number M0F935X011505 - Sold “AS IS” without any warranties, MINIMUM BID IS - $500.00 Mower and specifications can be viewed by calling Ward Davis, Director of Public Works at 406-334-7484 to schedule a time to inspect it between the hours of 9:00 AM to 3 PM. The City will accept the highest responsible bid, but the Troy City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any technicality or informality and accept any bid which may be determined best for the interest of the City of Troy, Montana.
