Libby's Malyevac, Foss compete at state golf championships

Libby High School golfers Reece Malyevac and Mackenzie Foss each wrapped up the 2022 season at the Class A State Championships last weekend at Hamilton Golf Club.
Malyevac was tied for 18th, shooting 17-over par. The Loggers junior shot an 81 on Friday and an 80 on Saturday.
Park’s Aubrey Kelley was 6-under to claim the title. He finished four strokes ahead of Polson’s Carson Hupka.
For Foss, she was tied for 43rd, scoring 80-over par. Foss shot 117 on Friday and 107 on Saturday.
Frenchtown’s Katie Lewis was a runaway winner, scoring 9-over par, 17 strokes ahead of the second-place finisher.
