| November 22, 2022 7:00 AM

Marjorie Lynn Robinson, 79, of Osburn, Idaho, passed away peacefully on Nov. 12, 2022 at the Good Samaritan Society – Silver Wood Village in Silverton, Idaho.

Marjorie was born on January 4, 1943 in Helena, Montana, a daughter of the late Albert and May (McCreanor) Barney.

Growing up, Marjorie was somewhat of a tomboy and was always up for getting dirty and having an outdoor adventure with her three sisters.

When she was young, her family moved to Libby, Montana, where she was a graduate of Libby High School, Class of 1961.

Marjorie married Paul Robinson on Aug. 23, 1969, and was blessed with four daughters. Marjorie worked as an office manager at KWAL Radio in Osburn, Idaho, for over 50 years and had a knack for multi-tasking and keeping everything running smoothly; always doing it with a welcoming smile on her face.

One of Marjorie’s greatest passions was sewing. She was always creating beautiful dresses, blankets, or Halloween costumes; items that will be greatly treasured for years to come.

Marjorie was truly one of the most kind and gentle people one could ever encounter. She was a wonderful listener and could keep a secret like no other.

Anyone who met Marjorie absolutely adored her and she will certainly be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, Marjorie is preceded in death by her daughter, Tiffany, who passed away in 2016.

Survivors include her husband, Paul Robinson; three daughters, Anna Hoxie, Amy (Ed) Krause, and Cara (Sean) Kendrick; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Marjorie’s family will have a celebration of her life in Helena, Montana, in the summer months of 2023.

The family requests that donations may be made to a memorial scholarship that has been established to honor Marjorie’s late daughter, Tiffany, who passed away from breast cancer in 2016.
