Break in weather greets Libby Halloweeners

A seemingly all-day rain stopped in time for trick or treaters to enjoy Halloween in Libby on Monday, Oct. 31.
There was plenty to do, including the store to store event on Mineral Avenue.
Halloween revelers of all ages went up and down the street gathering sweets and candy as they were greeted by dry skies and comfortable temperatures.
