Notice of Availability of Environmental Assessment The City of Troy will be applying for funding from the Montana Coal Endowment Program (MCEP) for its upcoming Water Improvements Project. As part of the application requirements by MCEP, an Environmental Assessment has been prepared for this project. This notice announces the availability of the Environmental Assessment for public review and comment. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the proposed improvements to City's water facilities and request comments or suggestions that would avoid any major impacts and methods that could be used to minimize these impacts.
