FVCC’s Culinary Institute program deadline is July 29
Flathead Valley Community College’s Culinary Institute of Montana
program application deadline is Friday, July 29.
Applications are only accepted this time of the year as the two-year degree, Associate of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and Catering, begins in the Fall semester.
“Students learn hand-on skills in cooking and baking, as well as fundamentals of running a kitchen and what it takes to launch a thriving business. From catering events, Chef’s Table dinners on campus, and the final Culinary Capstone project, our students get a well-rounded experience that prepares them for exciting careers in the culinary industry,” says Culinary Program Director Chef Manda Hudak.
Community partnerships allow students to gain real-life experience at multiple FVCC events and create ample opportunities for employment upon completion of a degree.
