Libby Schools summer breakfast, lunch program runs to July 28

Libby Public Schools is sponsoring a federal summer food program to guarantee breakfast and lunches for students during the break.

The Summer Food Service Program, administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, will run to July 28, according to information from the district. The schools will be closed on July 4.

Program meals are free to all children 18 years of age and younger. Adults may purchase breakfasts for $3 and lunches for $4.75.

Those interested in picking up a meal can stop by two drop off locations.

At Libby Middle/High School, at 150 Education Way, breakfast is available from 8-9 a.m. and lunch from noon to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

At the McGrade Center at Jerry Dean Park, only lunch is available from 11-11:30 a.m.

White or chocolate milk is offered at both breakfast and lunch.
