With a number of venues being postponed or canceled due to the weather, time on the tennis courts has been limited to same teams and same players.

With that in mind, the Libby Loggers and the Troy Trojans met for a series of matches in Troy.

Troy’s roster includes six mostly inexperienced players. The Loggers on the other hand offer a large roster full of younger players looking for court time.

Play included three singles matches, two doubles matches and a mixed doubles match. Scoring varied according to type of match and time available.

Libby’s Riley Wolgamott over Troy’s Sierra Gardner 10-3.

Katelyn Hutt of Libby over Troy’s Sierra Gardner 10-4.

Winter Sedler of Troy over Libby’s Kyle Svendsbye 10-6.

Doubles results:

Even at 9-9 after one set, the match came to a tiebreaker which was won by Osborn and Smith.

Troy’s Abby Osborn and Devynn Cummings over Libby’s Maggie Fantozzi and Riley Hollingsworth 9-6, 9-4 (tie brake).

Xavier Reatz and Morgan Davis of Libby over Troy’s Lucas Peterson and Dayton Johnson 6-2, 6-3.

The mixed doubles match had started but was suspended due to rain. Here are the results of the rain-shortened match. Troy’s Sedler and Osborn over Nevaeh Neff and Mae Mae Pineda 5-1.
