NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE KOOTENAI NATIONAL FOREST The Dead Triangle Sale is located within Portions of Sections 7, 8, 9, 17, T34N, R25W, Lincoln County, State of Montana, PMM. The Forest Service will receive Sealed bids at Flathead National Forest Supervisor's Office, Kalispell, MT before or at the time of public bid opening at 10:00 AM local time on 10/26/2021 for an estimated volume of 26335 ton of Douglas-fir and Other sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. In addition, there is within the sale area an estimated volume of 3367 ton of Combined Softwood non-saw that the bidder agrees to remove at a fixed rate. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus, and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of sale, and submission of bids by contacting the sale officer at: Flathead Supervisor's Office 650 Wolfpack Way Kalispell, MT 59901 or by obtaining the sale information from the Forest Web page at (https://www.fs.usda.gov/resources/kootenai/landmanagement/resourcemanagement . NOTICE OF PROPOSED SUBDIVISION PUBLIC HEARING NORDIC WAY SUBDIVISION PARCEL A, COS 4348, S 1/2 SW 1/4 SECTION 15, T30N, R31W Lincoln County hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 13th at 11:00am, or soon thereafter, in the Commissioners Room of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 512 California Ave., Libby, Montana in order to inform the public and receive comments on a proposed subdivision located approximately 2 miles south of Libby, with the intent to create 10 residential lots and 1 acre of parkland. The proposal is accessed by Granite Lake and Snowshoe Roads.
