NOTICE FOR FIRST PUBLIC HEARING The Lincoln County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 20th, 2021 9:00 am in the Courthouse at 512 California Avenue, Libby, MT 59923, for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding the community development needs and priorities of Lincoln County for economic development, housing and community revitalization, and public facilities, and particularly as those needs affect low and moderate income persons. The Executive Director of Kootenai River Development Council will discuss the purpose of the CDBG-ED Program and the variety of activities eligible for funding. At the public hearing, everyone will be given the opportunity to express their opinions regarding the County's needs and the type of projects that should be considered. Comments may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing before 5:00 PM September 17, 2021. Anyone who would like more information or who wants to submit suggestions should contact Tina Oliphant, Executive Director Kootenai River Development Council, Inc. at 406.293.8406. Portions of and/or a summary of the CDBG-ED Application are available for review at the office of KRDC, 60 Port Blvd. Libby, MT 59923 during regular office hours.
