BUDGET AMENDEMENT PROCLAMATION TROY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.1 LINCOLN COUNTY A regular meeting of the board of trustees of Troy School District No. 1, Lincoln County, Montana, will be held on June 14, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at the Troy High School Library, and the following resolution will be introduced: WHEREAS, the trustees of School District No. 1, Lincoln County, Montana, have made a determination that as a result of unforeseen expenditures related to the COVID pandemic requirements, the district's budget for the fund(s) does not provide sufficient financing to properly maintain and support the district for the entire current school fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the trustees have determined that an amendment to the elementary retirement fund budget of $40,000 and the high school retirement fund budget of $30,000 is necessary under the provision of Section 20-9-161 subsection 6, MCA; for the purpose of properly maintaining and supporting the district for the entire current school fiscal year and due to any other unforeseen need of the district. WHEREAS, the anticipated source of financing the budget amendment expenditures shall be the elementary retirement fund reserve and the high school retirement fund reserve.
