The bidder shall carry out all applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of DOT assisted contracts As required by 49 CFR Part 26, the Airport Authority is required to create a bidders list, consisting of information about all DBE and non-DBE firms that bid or quote on DOT-assisted contracts. The purpose of this requirement is to allow use of the bidders list approach to calculating future overall DBE goals. As per the requirements of the Proposal section, all Prime Bidders submitting bids on this project must submit, with his or her bid, a list including the name, address, and DBE/non-DBE status of all subcontractors and suppliers that bid or quote for work under this contract. Failure to provide this information, as outlined in the Proposal section, will make the bidder non-responsive and not eligible for award of the contract. Funding and Award. INVITATION TO BID KBP SEWER EXTENSION & CITY OF LIBBY CONNECTION Separate sealed bids for construction of the KBP Sewer Extension & City of Libby Connection project will be received by the Lincoln County Port Authority at 60 Port Boulevard, Libby, MT 59923 until 3:00 local time on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be accepted. The project has an expected construction completion date of May 31, 2021. Troy Public Schools is removing and replacing the old high school gym flooring. If anyone is interested in salvaging the old finished 3/4" tongue and groove layer of wood, they can have it if they remove all of it. Also, they will need to clean up the debris associated with its removal. This will be first come first serve when Troy Public Schools is prepared for its removal.
