The Northwest Community Health Center proposes to replace sidewalks, repair parking lot, and install backup power generator at 320 E 2nd Street in Libby, MT. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of this proposed action within the floodplain as required by Section 2(a)(4) of Executive Order 11988 for Floodplain Management as the proposed action is within and/or affects a floodplain.
